IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

Immaculate Worx has tailored implementation plans for each programme offered as the duration of the programmes differs.

We are capable and have capacity to commence any project allocated to us within a period of 2 weeks from the time the clients issues an instruction to commence.

We follow a systematic approach in deploying our projects. Project Checklist and Risk Logs are developed for each project.

Roles and Responsibilities are clearly outlined in order to ensure carefully executed projects at all times. Constant monitoring and client debriefing is continuously done in order to keep the client abreast. Monthly reports are submitted to our clients without fail.
